Hover Surveys is committed to its policy of protecting the privacy and confidential information of Members, who register to build and deploy surveys.

Registration

Upon registration, Members provide us with personal information such as their name, address and email address. We use this information to establish individual accounts protected by a password the Member selects. Hover Surveys uses the email address supplied in the registration process to confirm registration, and to send notices and updates to you concerning the services and the site.

You can notify us at any time to remove your registration information from our database by emailing us at customerservice@hoversurveys.com. If you do that, we will not keep any personally identifiable records concerning you unless required to do so by law. However, if you make this request you will be unable to access or use the account you previously created and its associated content without going through the registration process again. In addition, Hover Surveys cannot retrieve any personally identifiable information respondents may have disclosed to Members in responding to surveys.

NOTE TO PARENTS AND MINORS: We do not want to collect any personal information whatsoever of minors-in fact, we ask that minors do not submit any information about themselves and that they not use this Site. Anyone using this Site or the Services warrants and promises that they are 18 years of age or older.

Information Collection and Use

Hover Surveys, itself, collects information from our users at several different points on our website, and that information is subject to our control and this Policy. Other organizations and individuals also use our site to collect information through surveys. Hover Surveys controls only our own use of information that we collect; other entities who collect information through our surveys may have their own different policies regarding the information they collect through surveys. Concerned users should check with the surveying organization to learn its privacy policy.

Survey Data and Respondents

Members access surveys they have built and their results/data through their individual accounts protected by a password they have selected. Hover Surveys will not use any such information without a member's express permission.

When you enter email information for your survey recipients, that information remains untouched and private in your personal area on our site. Your password protects that information. Hover Surveys never discloses that information and if it ever wanted to, Hover Surveys would get express approval from you first.

Changes to Privacy Policy

If Hover Surveys wishes to change this policy, it will publish changes on this Web site before those changes will take effect. Hover Surveys will also notify users of changes to this policy via electronic mail. As always, if you do not agree with Hover Surveys' privacy policy, you have the option of requesting that we delete your personally identifiable information from the site.
